Samantha C. Higgins, B.A., J.D.
Samantha was called to the Bar in 2014 after receiving her Juris Doctor from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University and obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Saint Mary’s University. During her time at law school, Samantha participated in the Dalhousie Legal Aid Clinic, for which she obtained honours designation. She also represented the Schulich School of Law in the McKelvey/Sopinka Trial Advocacy Moot.
Samantha joined Gilbert Kirby Stringer LLP in February of 2015, after practicing at a midtown Toronto boutique litigation firm where she gained experience in various areas of litigation. Samantha currently practices in the area of personal injury litigation and accident benefits.
